The Eventfloss customer challenge

Eventfloss rents out event boats via several websites and an external booking platform – including additional services such as catering, music packages or decoration options. There are also complex rules for public holidays, availability and price scales.

The biggest challenges here:

  • Bookings came via several systems – without a central overview
