For the transfer, you need a JustCRM system and the external system ImportKey stored in the system settings. All data is assigned to a sales channel and a product variant. If required, these can be selected before importing.

Yes, the transfer takes place via secure connections. You also use the ImportKey to explicitly specify that the transfer may take place.

Yes, after the transfer you set up stationery, SMTP, signatures, additional sales channels and fine settings.

We will be happy to support you personally with conversion, import and go-live.

No, retransfer is not possible for technical reasons.
