After every consultation – whether by phone, contact form or via the store – Justcrm automatically provides a personalized follow-up. The content adapts to the product type and customer status. The result: no lead is lost, every customer feels looked after – without additional work for the team.
Example: After requesting a quote for a whirlpool, the customer receives an individually formulated reminder email including a link to the product page, technical data sheet and consultation appointment link – automatically.
Whether a customer makes a purchase or enquiry via www.flowspa.de, www.spa-vital.de or www.spavio.de – all data converges in a shared database. Customers can be segmented according to brand, product interest or status. Item management also accesses the same stock across the board – including variants, accessories, serial numbers and stock availability.
